With the proliferation of new energy vehicles, charging piles, as their critical supporting facilities, have also undergone rapid development. However, the increasing number and widespread distribution of charging piles pose new challenges for management. In response, the Charging Pile Monitoring and Management System (CPMMS) has emerged to address these issues and achieve intelligent and efficient management of charging piles.

1.System Composition

Data Acquisition Layer: Responsible for collecting real-time data from charging piles, such as battery level, voltage, current, temperature, as well as environmental monitoring data, including video surveillance footage.

Data Transmission Layer: Uploads collected data to cloud servers or data centers through wired or wireless methods.

Data Processing and Analysis Layer: Processes, stores, and analyzes the collected data to provide decision support and optimize charging services.

User Interaction Layer: Offers user interfaces, including mobile apps and web portals, for users to query, make reservations, and make payments.

2.System Functions

Real-Time Monitoring: Displays the operational status of charging piles in real-time, including key parameters like charging progress, battery level, voltage, and current, ensuring safe and controllable charging processes.

Fault Warning and Handling: Continuously monitors charging piles 24/7, promptly detects and warns of potential fault risks, such as overheating, overvoltage, and undervoltage, while providing fault handling suggestions or automatically triggering repair processes.

Remote Control and Upgrading: Allows operators to remotely control the start and stop of charging piles, adjust charging parameters, and supports remote software upgrades and maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency.

Data Analysis and Report Generation: Conducts in-depth analysis of charging data to generate various statistical reports and charts, providing decision-making support for operators, such as charging pile utilization rates, charging duration distributions, and fault rates.

Intelligent Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Based on user demands, grid loads, and other factors, intelligently schedules charging pile resources to achieve off-peak charging, shared charging, and other functions, improving the utilization efficiency of charging facilities.

Payment and Settlement: Supports multiple payment methods, such as WeChat Pay and Alipay, offering a convenient payment experience. Additionally, it provides detailed billing records and financial reconciliation functions to simplify financial management processes.
